Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Support Executive to join our
IT team! Who Manage, support, and provision business application in a cloud-based
environment.

Qualifications: BSC, BCA, MCA, BE, BTech

Experience: Upto 1 Year in same Domain

Position Overview:
- Technical Support Executive
- Fluency in English Communication.
- Strong Written Communication.
- Ready to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
- Deliver technical support to non-technical users.
- Evaluate and recommend new software platforms and services.

Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use different types of browser; Chrome, Firefox, Edge.
- Ability to use different types of OS; Ubuntu, Windows, MAC.
- Ability to use different types of Softwares; Anydesk, TeamViewer, Google Hangout.
- Ability to work with Google Drive; Spreadsheet, Documents, etc.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills; Email, Different Messaging Tools.
- Excellent oral communication skills.

Salary :
- 15k to 25k
