- Ready to work in Night Shift (US Shift).

levels.
- Deliver technical support to non-technical
users.
- Evaluate and recommend new software platforms and services.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use different types of browser;
Chrome, Firefox, Edge.
- Ability to use different types of OS; Ubuntu,
Windows, MAC.
- Ability to use different types of Softwares;
Anydesk, TeamViewer, Google Hangout.
- Ability to work with Google Drive;
Spreadsheet, Documents, etc.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills; Email,
Different Messaging Tools.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
Salary :
- 15k to 25k
